Dear Reader,

Do you know that feeling when something that once fit you perfectly starts feeling… tight? A role, a way of working, a team dynamic - it served you well, until one day, it no longer does.

That awkward in-between space? Uncomfortable. And still necessary.

I’ve just been through my own version of that: launching a new website. As much as I loved the old design for which I received many compliments, it no longer reflected my work and who I was. Over the past months, I had to sit with that discomfort before I could step into something new.

And now it’s live, and I’m proud! Not just of its design (thank you, Lucie Agolini), but of what it represents. It finally aligns with what I do: I run a boutique agency. We work with large corporations that think they need corporate training - but what they really want is a more collaborative culture.

So we show up, like a Trojan horse. The programme might be about psychological safety, feedback, difficult conversations, or facilitation. But what participants actually experience is belonging, connection, and space to reflect about how the content matters to them.

If there is one thing I know for sure it's that we don’t learn by being bombarded with information. AI can do that better than we can.

We learn through connection.

To ourselves. To each other. To the content.

And that’s what facilitation is! We don't just deliver knowledge; we create the conditions for learning to happen. Designing spaces where people don’t just hear ideas but feel them, test them, and integrate them into their reality.
